About Me

Hi! 

I’m Tatum, and I’m 24. I have lived in Utah my whole life.

 

 I work for a small, family-owned company called Voices&Choices Support Coordination. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education Studies, and I have worked in this field for years before I became a support coordinator. I have worked in a day program, I have worked as a supported living staff, I have worked as a job coach, and I have worked as an RBT providing ABA services for 3 years before I became a support coordinator. While working in ABA therapy, I worked with children diagnosed with autism on their communication skills, socialization skills, independent living skills, and target behaviors. 

 

I absolutely love the field I work in, and I fell in love with it very quickly when I started working in a day program. My main goal as a support coordinator is to be a fierce advocate for the individuals I support and to be as helpful as I can. I have a small caseload, and I have been building slowly to make sure I only take on what I can handle. I want to ensure I can help my consumers to the best of my ability and give them my full effort and attention.
