About Me

Hi!

I’m Tatum, I’m 24 years old, and I’ve lived in Utah my whole life!

I work for a small, family-owned company called Voices&Choices Support Coordination. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education Studies and several years of experience working in the disability services field. Before becoming a support coordinator, I worked in a day program, as supported living staff, and as a job coach. I also spent three years working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services.

During my time in ABA, I worked with children diagnosed with autism to support their communication, socialization, and independent living skills, as well as work toward their individual behavioral goals.

I absolutely love the field I work in, and I fell in love with it very quickly when I started working in a day program. My main goal as a support coordinator is to be a fierce advocate for the individuals I support and to be as helpful as I can.

I intentionally maintain a small caseload and continue to grow gradually so I can give each individual the time, attention, and dedication they deserve. I want to ensure that the individuals I support receive my full effort and that I can advocate for them to the best of my ability.
